Six steps, none of which involve your guests downloading anything.
Basic or Premium, one time. Nothing recurring, nothing per guest.
The second the payment clears you get a QR code you can print and a link you can text or drop in the invite. There is no setup call and no waiting.
The tables, the bar, the program, the exit. This placement is the single biggest thing that decides whether guests actually upload — a code on one table at the back gets scanned by the people at that table.
A phone camera pointed at the code opens the upload page in the browser. No app store, no account, no password for guests. They pick photos and video and they are done.
The live feed shows uploads landing while the event is still going, so you can see it working instead of hoping.
Bulk download gives you the whole set in full resolution. Once those files are on your drive they are permanent — no watermark, no expiry, no account needed to open them later.
Every candid, from every phone in the room, in one gallery — and a live feed you can watch fill up while the party is still going.

The morning after: one gallery, full resolution, yours to download and keep.

During the event: photos land in the live feed as guests upload them (Premium).
What your guests see: they point a phone camera at the QR code on the table, the upload page opens in their browser, and they pick photos. No app, no signup, no account — the gap between “scan” and “uploaded” is one tap.
Print it, project it, or text it. Both routes land on the same upload page.
No cap on how many files your guests add, and video is treated the same as photos.
Uploads appear in real time during the event.
Lock the gallery so only the people you give the password to can open it.
30 days on Basic, 90 on Premium. We email the host before the window closes.
The entire event in one download, at the resolution guests shot it.
Straight answers on storage, guest uploads and privacy.
Basic keeps your gallery live for 30 days, Premium for 90 days. Download the full-resolution set any time inside that window — once the files are on your drive they are yours permanently, with no watermark and no expiry. Need longer than 90 days? Email hello@snapworxx.com before your window closes.
The gallery link stops working and the files come off our servers. Nothing you have already downloaded is affected. We email the host before the window closes so nobody loses a photo by forgetting.
This is the real question, and it is mostly a placement problem. Your dashboard generates a printable QR code — put it on the tables, the bar, the program and the exit. Guests point a phone camera at it and the upload screen opens in their browser. There is no app to download and no account to create, so the drop-off between "scan" and "uploaded" is a single tap.
No. Scanning the QR code opens a normal web page. No download, no signup, no login — that is the whole point.
Your gallery lives at its own link — nothing on this site links to it and there is no directory of galleries, so someone has to be given the link or scan your QR code. Premium adds a password, so the link alone is not enough to open the gallery. We do not sell, license or train on your photos, and you can ask us to delete an event at any time.
No. You pay once per event — $29 or $49 — and that is the end of it. No recurring charge, no auto-renewal, no card kept on file for later.
Yes. You can set up one free event per email at snapworxx.com/free — no card, nothing to install, and the gallery stays up for 30 days. It is the same product your guests would use, not a demo.
